On Monday, March 10, the Pedagogical Faculty in Bihać hosted Dr. Emina Bužinkić, who conducted a workshop titled “Youth and the Social Impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic.” Combining methods of classroom critical discourse analysis and memory storytelling, 30 students shared and analyzed their own experiences of life and schooling during lockdown and the period of online education.

This workshop is the second in a series aimed at creating space for understanding the limitations and possibilities of socialization, education, work, mental health, and political orientations. A similar workshop was previously held at the University of Ljubljana, at the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, and a third one is planned at the Faculty of Teacher Education at the University of Rijeka. The workshops are being conducted as the concluding part of the transatlantic project ENDURE: Inequalities, Community Resilience and New Governance Modalities in a Post-Pandemic World, which is financially supported by the Croatian Science Foundation.
