On Monday, June 16, the conference “Community Organizing for All” marked the final dissemination event of the ENDURE project – Inequalities, Community Resilience, and New Governance Modalities in a Post-Pandemic World. The Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO) led the project from May 2023, with funding from the Croatian Science Foundation. During the conference, organizers presented the project’s key findings and policy recommendations shaped through the Community Resilience Lab. IRMO co-organized the event in partnership with the COFA project of the Centre for the Theatre of the Oppressed – POKAZ, fostering an exchange between research and participatory theatre practices. The conference brought together practitioners, researchers, activists, educators, and cultural workers to reflect on community resilience and justice-oriented organizing in the post-pandemic context.
