IRMO’s Emina Bužinkić, PhD, has co-authored an opinion piece published by Al Jazeera English titled “It’s not just Trump, the EU is also waging an anti-migration crusade“ (29 March 2025). The article, written together with Nidžara Ahmetašević, critically addresses the European Union’s current migration and asylum policies, focusing on their restrictive nature and externalization strategies.
