Krešimir Jurlin, PhD
Krešimir Jurlin received his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Economics in 2000, titled ˝Factor intensity of European external trade and influence on Croatian exports.˝ He has been a Research Associate at the Institute for Development and International Relations since 1992 and worked in the Department of International Economic and Political Relations. He is implementing the MO4R project component related to competitiveness and innovation.
He has published numerous scientific papers. He is the author or co-author of 3 books, editor of 2, and the author of 8 scientific papers published in journals and 10 conference papers with international peer review. From 1995 to 2003, he was a member of the Council of the Agency for Protection of Market Competition. Also, he has worked as a leading contractual analyst for the National Competitiveness Council. He has participated in several strategic and development projects relevant to the changes in the regulations in Croatia’s EU accession process. He has participated in several research projects of the World Bank, UNDP, UNESCO, and the EU development projects.
